Directions to Franklin Canyon Park from Sunset Boulevard

This route is recommended for guests coming from Beverly Hills or West Hollywood. West Los Angeles guests may find it easier to take the route via the 405 North (exiting Mulholland).

• From Sunset Boulevard, turn north on Beverly Drive.
• Continue on Beverly Drive by veering left at the "to Coldwater Canyon Drive" sign.
• At the intersection of Mulholland Drive West and Franklin Canyon Drive (directly across from Tree People/Coldwater Canyon Park) make 90 degree left hand turn, heading directly west onto Franklin Canyon Drive. The street is not marked, so look for the sign that reads, "Road Closed 800 Feet."
• Travel 0.5 miles through residential area, continuing through park gates and into the park.
• Drive through the park til you reach the stop sign. Park in the large gravel parking lot on left--marked William O. Douglas Outdoor Classroom parking lot.
• Follow trail to the Sooky Goldman Nature Center, Goldman Amphitheater, and Rosenfeld Auditorium.
